The prospective protection of clients is the very essence of the practice of law. Yet, until now, law firms have had no effective way to prospectively protect their clients from abuses within the financial services marketplace, and have been largely limited to bringing arbitrations and civil actions to recover money, only after abuses have been suffered and losses incurred. This strange incongruity can now be remedied, and law firms can now offer their clients a unique, new service alternative and the prospective protection that our clients both need and want.

Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by the Florida Bar Association, Mr. Nici is a member of The Florida Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, as well as a member of the Collier County Bar Association. Mr. Nici is a frequent speaker to both professional and public groups on advanced estate and tax planning techniques, including the IRS’ Final Generation Skipping-Transfer Tax Regulations.
Mr. Nici served as associate editor of the Florida Will and Trust Forms Manual, a two-volume manual published by The Florida Bar Association which assists practitioners with a wide variety of Florida and federal estate planning matters. The Florida Will and Trust Forms Manual holds the distinction of the best selling educational resource in Florida Bar history.
Community Service & Interests
A dedicated father of three, Mr. Nici has given back to the Southwest Florida community by serving on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, the Immokalee Foundation and Florida Southwestern College (formerly known as Edison State College). Mr. Nici is an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, supporter and former board member of the Florida Trail Association and other outdoor related charitable organizations.
